1. Refund Conditions
We are committed to providing high-quality bracelet products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Submit refund request within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Product must be in original condition, unused, unworn and undamaged.
- Product must include original packaging, tags and all accessories.
- Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Exceeding the 30-day refund period.
- Products with visible signs of use, damage, or missing accessories.
- Customized or special order products.
- Sale/clearance items (unless otherwise stated).
3. Refund Process
- Send refund request to zhoutong0724@gmail.com with order number and reason.
- Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days.
- After confirmation, ship the product back to the designated address (return shipping at customer's expense).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refund will be issued via original payment method (PayPal) within 5-10 business days.
4. Refund Amount
Refund amount equals the product purchase price (excluding original shipping cost). If return is due to product quality issues, we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund (including original shipping).
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will provide free replacement or full refund.
